UFA Ving Tsun Martial Arts Institute, home of the Wong Shun Leung Ving Tsun Kuen Hok Association of Canada (WSLVT Canada), was founded in 2007 and continues to provide professional instruction in Chinese Kung Fu and Self Defense known as Ving Tsun (Wing Chun).
There are three major Ving Tsun Principles in which they interact as a triangular relationship.
Simplicity - It concerns to the movements how to be acted in simple way instead of complicated.
Directness - It concerns to the path of target how to be run straight instead of indirectly.
Efficiency - It concerns to power control, power creation and power application.

Children will have the opportunity to apply all of their hard work via a fun, engaging and enjoyable atmosphere. At varying developmental stages, they will focus on improving fine and gross motor skills as young and thriving martial artists.

Kung Fu is great for kids. We offer a kids program that will provide many skills for your child. They will make new friends, build confidence, focus, attitude while staying active and having lots of fun. Learn more by visiting our kids classes.
The frequency of your Kung Fu training depends on your goals and availability. To see consistent progress, we recommend starting with 2-3 classes per week. This allows you to develop a solid foundation. As you advance, you might choose to train more frequently. Remember, consistency and dedication are key to improving in Kung Fu, so find a schedule that works for you and stick with it.
